This online course meets the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) 32-hour new investigator certification requirement. We are confident that this self-paced online training, together with the course materials and other reference materials, and direct access to instructors, will provide you with the necessary skills to perform the job of an agency or contract EEO investigator.
Each of our instructors have more than 20 years in the Federal government and EEO field. While the course is self-paced, you'll have access to instructors at any time. Once you complete the course, you will be a certified EEO investigator.
